Willing candidates can register for the counselling process for admission to engineering programmes at colleges and universities, between July 1 and July 13
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has published the counselling schedule for the Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET/EAPCET) 2024 for admission to BE and B.Tech programmes. Those who meet the eligibility criteria may appear for the counselling procedure through the official website cets.apsche.ap.gov.in , which will take place at colleges and universities, between July 1 and July 13, 2024.
The APSCHE official notice states “Qualified and eligible candidates of APEAPCET-2024, desirous of seeking admission into B.E/B. Tech Courses are informed that the web counselling process comprising the payment of processing fee cum registration, online certificate verification, and option entry will be conducted from 01-07-2024 to 13-07-2024.”
AP EAMCET 2024: Documents Required
The following two sets of Xerox copies, together with all original certificates, must be brought by the candidates:
–– Rank card for AP EAPCET-2024.
–– Hall ticket for AP EAPCET-2024.
–– Marks Memorandum (Intermediate or similar).
–– Evidence of Birthdate (SSC or equivalent document).
–– Certificate of Transfer (T.C).
–– Education Certificate from class VI to Intermediate.
–– For applicants from the OC who wish to claim reservation under the EWS category, they must have an EWS certificate effective for the year 2024–2025 from MeeSeva/Gram Sachivalayam.
–– Candidates must have a residence certificate for seven years before the qualifying examination, such as Inter, or its equivalent for private candidates.
–– Any BC, ST, or SC, Integrated Community Certificate issued by the appropriate government (not an OBC certificate).
–– For those claiming tuition reimbursement, a white ration card (which must have the candidate’s name and either parent’s name reflected) or the parents’ income certificates from all sources issued on or after January 1, 2021.
–– A candidate who migrates from the state of Telangana to any part of Andhra Pradesh between June 2, 2014, and June 1, 2024, will be considered a local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh, provided they have the appropriate local status certificate.
–– Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate, or proof of residency for parents, valid for ten years, excluding the time spent working outside the state of Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar for candidates who are not local.
This year, on June 11, APSCHE released the results of the AP EAPCET 2024. The dates of the AP EAMCET exam were May 16 to 23. May 18 to 23 was when the Engineering stream exam was held, while May 16 to 17 was when the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream exam was held.
AP EAMCET 2024 : Important Dates
–– Payment of processing fee and online registration: July 1 to July 7.
–– Online verification of the certificates uploaded: July 4 to July 10.
–– Exercising the web-options by registered candidates: July 8 to July 12.
–– Candidates change of options: July 13.
–– Seats allotments: July 16.
–– Reporting at college and self-reporting: July 17 to July 22.
–– Commencement of class: July 19.
